I am a veteran who currently works for the VA, but my last employer was Clint Didier. I know that one of Clint’s priorities and passions is to serve and support active duty military members, veterans and their families.

The Conservative Victory Fund (CVF), the nation's oldest conservative campaign committee, endorses for election Clint Didier to the U.S. House of Representatives for the 4th District of Washington.
Didier is the son of a potato farmer and a farmer himself. He returned to his roots after a very successful career as an NFL tight end, helping his team win 2 of 3 Super Bowls. He bought his farm near the original family farm in eastern Washington. In addition to being a farmer, Didier owns a successful excavation company and spent 8 years as a high school football coach leading his team to two state championships.

The Republican Liberty Caucus of Washington State voted to recommend Clint Didier for the 4th Congressional District seat at their August 7th executive board meeting. RLCWA Chair Sandy Belzer Brendale said, “After refusing to take farm subsidies a few years ago, Clint now experiences the freedom of not being encumbered with the regulations attached to federal hand-outs. We need Congress to be exposed to this kind of thinking day in and day out.” She reported the committee was clear on who was the Liberty candidate and why the organization should support him.

I am John Orlinski and I have been running for the US Congress out of the WA 1st District. We have done really well in our run and placed first amongst Republicans in the Skagit County and second in Snohomish County even though our campaign had been largely ignored or even boycotted by the Seattle Times and the Everett Herald. Despite of it, we have been able to gather support of 12,000 voters, built a solid foundation for the next run, and at the same time, we have been able to spread a populist and libertarian message of freedoms, liberties, and justice for all against the overwhelming forces of more and more intrusive federal government.

As I see it, we have 2 distinct types of candidates vying for our votes and I label them here: Clint Didier is a statesman, much like Thomas Jefferson, and Dan Newhouse is a politician, much like Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid! Clint has stated, repeatedly, his stand on the issues and Mr. Newhouse "waffles" on Obamacare and has refused to answer the Nat'l Assoc. of Gun Rights (NAGR) questionnaire! Clint has been endorsed by the NAGR, while Mr. Newhouse is relying on a 100% rating from the NRA ... The NRA gives the 100% rating to Harry Reid! The NRA has given this rating to many traitors over the years, so I rely on the NAGR for an accurate analysis!

There is nothing more frustrating in Washington State politics than being a conservative on the East side. It seems like most of our votes don't really matter because 5 populous, progressive counties around Puget Sound control all statewide elections. Even when we do win, like Dino Rossi's victory for Governor, the Democrats find some spare ballots in a closet in order to steal the election.
The upcoming 4th district Congressional election gives us a chance to make a difference and the westsiders can't do anything about it! To me there is one obvious choice: Clint Didier. Clint is running for the right reasons. He loves his country and he believes it is not too late to put America back on the right track. We are currently at a tipping point. We don't have anymore time. We need to send a man to D.C. who will have immediate clout and influence and will roll up his sleeves and get to work. Clint Didier is not the candidate of the Republican establishment, he is the candidate of the people. He will not be working for the next election like most politicians, he will be working for the next generation!

The farmer, the banker, the doctor, the shop keeper were the intended audience to be the congress person. They would meet for a brief period of time for a legislative session. After the session was complete the congress person was to get back to work at their real job. Congress was never intended to be a career. Clint has a real job to get back to, the intestinal fortitude to stand for what is right, and has been around the pasture enough to know what BS looks and smells like. His friends and family are here in the state of Washington, he will not sell them out.

Is it time to take the professional politicians out of power and return Congress to the people? I think it is. To do that requires that we elect citizens that will go to the nation's capital, represent our interests for a short period, then return home to live under the laws they have enacted.Those we elect have to stand tall, speak loudly and convince their peers to return this country to what it was intended to be. They, with our help, need to return this country to our spiritual and constitutional roots. They need to act without regard for their own political future.
When I look at the slate of candidates for the 4th Congressional District, I see six politicians aspiring to higher office and two private citizens. One of the citizens is a successful farmer and employer with just enough campaign experience to win the election. In that farmer, I see a man who believes in the Constitution of the United States as written, not as some judges and political elite want it to be. I ask you to join me in supporting Clint Didier for Congress.
